As a working mum things can get very busy. Always attending to other people’s needs first before your own. Whether it’s your children, your partner, your job, business or your home.

I know that I never put myself first, even when I needed to, and that’s why I learnt the hard way.

I suffered from stress, anxiety and even burn out, spending days in bed, where I could do nothing for anyone, let alone myself. You see I’m a giver, I give, give, give and then I have nothing left for me. My tank was running on empty, actually, it was barely running.

It was when I started practising yoga I realised I had to be the priority in my life. Well, it was my life right? I realised that I have to fill my cup first before I could give to others. I needed to slow down, eat well and exercise on a regular basis.

I also needed to enjoy life and do the things I loved, this also meant spending time with just me – that quiet time where I could indulge in me.

This amazing experience will give you the time and space that you need. Leaving you feeling grounded, connected, uplifted and rested so that you will be able to give everything your best when you leave.

Treat yourself to a weekend of “me time” in the beautiful countryside of West Wales.

You will be staying in a recently renovated chapel house, a stone throw away from the sea. Where you can watch the waves coming and going and truly being at one with nature. The chapel house has a large living space which is warm and inviting for our daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. As well as a place to get creative or to sit, relax and read.

We will be taking advantage of the spacious country style kitchen where our Vegan chef  Rachel, will be holding a cooking workshop for us. Rachel will be with us for the whole weekend cooking up her vegan treats. Whole food plant-based diets are rich in protein, iron, calcium and other essential vitamins and minerals. These are great for general health and wellbeing. All of her food is homemade with the finest ingredients and a whole lot of love

Imagine sitting taking your time eating breakfast in peace and quiet, enjoying each mouthful of delicious Mango and Banana Pancakes covered with homemade chocolate Nutella spread. With a hot cup of yogi tea. Sounds like bliss to me…

This retreat is specially designed for the busy woman that is in need of a break from the normal day to day life. 

A place that is safe, warm and friendly, delicious homemade food that is cooked for you, not by you, with endless cups of tea.

This retreat also gives you time and space to get creative and connect with yourself and like-minded people and to take life at a slower pace.

If you’re in need of some quality “me”  time, then this is just what you need.

This weekend is suitable for all levels of experience and ability even if you have not tried yoga or meditation before.

You can take part in as much or as little as you would like, this retreat is about what you need.

Your Investment


To reserve your place we will require £127 non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the monies needs to be paid in full one month before the retreat.

What’s included in the price

  • Triple room shared accommodation with complimentary slippers, luxurious bathrobes, deluxe linens, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries.
    (Please note that the bedrooms are allocated on a first come first served basis.)
  • Hot tub
  • Full Board- Delicious vegan food and endless cups of tea
    (Dietary requirements can be catered for but need to know two weeks prior.)
  • All yoga classes/ workshops.
  • Free parking and free wifi on site.
