Highest Consciousness Workshop – Maya Dattani

Follow Me

Come and join me for an afternoon of powerful uplifting Kundalini meditations.

The first part of the workshop we will be exploring different Kundalini yogic meditations. Some, maybe with movement, others maybe in complete stillness and working with our breath, we will work through unblocking our limited beliefs that hold us back in life. We will also use mantras in some of these meditations. By consciously chanting these mantras we will transport ourselves to our highest consciousness. Giving us strength and power from within.

We will then take a short break for tea and time to reflect.

The second part of the workshop will be an opportunity to snuggle up with your blanket and completely switch off while I lead you through a deep guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep as some people call it. Yoga Nidra is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, helps lift your mood and improves the quality of your sleep.

The afternoon will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged and rebalanced. And ready to take on life with a big open heart…
