Come and join me for an afternoon of pure bliss with vibration of sound
The first part of the workshop we will be chanting mantras from the Kundalini yoga tradition. By consciously chanting these mantras we will rise and uplift to our highest consciousness. Giving us strength and power from within. Feel free to bring any instruments that you wish to play during this session as we would like it to be as interactive as possible.
We will then take a short break for tea and time to mingle.
The second part of the workshop will be an opportunity to snuggle up with your blanket and completely switch off while I lead you through a deep guided relaxation. Leaving you feeling relaxed, recharged and rebalanced. And ready to take on life with a big open heart…
