Kundalini Yoga to Empower and Elevate Your True-self 

& The Peaceful Calm Practice of Yogic Sleep 

Sitting on the wooden bench outside the courtroom, I could hear my heart beating faster and faster as the time was getting closer. My legs were shaking and tears were welling up in my eyes, I took a deep breath and tried to compose myself. I had been there many times before, you would think that I would be used to it by now! But I wasn’t. I felt so useless, dis-empowered and completely out of control. I was the child’s mother and I had lost control of my child’s wellbeing!!. It was down to a complete stranger to decide where my child was going to live.

Kundalini Yoga became my coping mechanism. It helped me deal with my stress and anxiety in a way I can’t even describe. I really felt a difference from deep within me. I found myself beaming with energy and confidence, I felt uplifted and elevated. I was walking with a spring in my step, for no reason what so ever. I became a stronger and happier version of myself. I felt empowered to take my life back into my hands regardless of the situation.

I was in control again!!

The first part of the workshop, you will discover how to eliminate negative self- talk. You will learn how to change your negative thoughts into positive ones and see yourself in a new light…

We will then take part in a Kundalini yoga practice to empower and elevate our inner-self. This will consist of dynamic postures with breath awareness, mantras and meditations. All connecting us to our higher self to be the best version of ourselves.

We will then take a short break for tea and time to mingle.

The second part of the workshop is Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) this will be an opportunity to snuggle up with your blanket and completely switch off while I lead you through a deep guided relaxation.  This will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged and rebalanced, ready to take on life with a whole new energy…

Investment: £24 or 2 for £40

Your place will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full and will be on a first come first serve basis.


Does it matter how old I am?

Children over the age of 14 can attend with a parent or guardian.

What do I wear?

Make sure you wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, you need to make sure that it doesn’t restrict your movement.

What do I bring?

Yoga mat or towel, a bottle of water, a small cushion for sitting and a blanket or shawl for relaxation. I have a limited number of spare mats if required.
