Kundalini Yoga to Empower and Elevate Your True-self

& The Peaceful Calm Practice of Yogic Sleep

The first part of the workshop we will be participating in kundalini yoga kriya to empower and elevate our inner-self. This will consist of dynamic postures with breath awareness, mantras, meditations. All connecting us to our higher self to be the best version of ourselves.

We will then take a short break for tea and time to mingle.
