Sleepless Night… Day 3 of Travel

Another night of no sleep. I was still up at 4am. What is going on?  I’ve never felt jet lag like this before, is it normal? Finding my Feet in Bali – Day 1 & 2 of travel

FYI

Do I need to be practicing yoga before I come to your class?

No Kundalini Yoga is suitable for anyone unless your GP has advised you not to exercise. Everyone will have mixed abilities and range of movement, you are advised to go at your own pace and listen to your body.

Does it matter how old I am?
No, Kundalini yoga is suitable for any age, there are people still practicing at the age of 90. Children over the age of 14 can attend with parent or guardian.

What do I wear?
Make sure you wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, you need to make sure that it doesn’t restrict your movement.

What do I bring?
Yoga mat or towel, bottle of water, small cushion if needed for sitting and a small blanket or shawl for relaxation. I have a limited number of spare mats if required.
