I will be running a 7 week Kundalini yoga course Feel Energised, Focused & Connected.

I will teach you transformational techniques from the Kundalini yoga tradition. Such as mindful breath. Dynamic postures for the body to move and shift energetic blocks, as well as powerful uplifting mantras and meditation for the mind and soul. We finish off with a deep cosy relaxation, a time dedicated just for you to rest. (Don’t forget your fluffy blanket)

My classes are designed for beginner and advanced students, we all work to the best of our ability. So don’t be put off if you’re new to Kundalini yoga. We all have to start somewhere. Come with an open mind and be ready to be transformed.

Kundalini yoga has had a great impact on my health and wellbeing and I wish to share it with those that want to take their health to another level.

Give your Body the gift of time and self-care that it asks for and it will serve you from a better place.

Do I need to be practicing yoga before I come to your class?

No Kundalini Yoga is suitable for anyone unless your GP has advised you not to exercise. Everyone will have mixed abilities and range of movement, you are advised to go at your own pace and listen to your body.

Does it matter how old I am?
No, Kundalini yoga is suitable for any age, there are people still practicing at the age of 90. Children over the age of 14 can attend with parent or guardian.

What do I wear?
Make sure you wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, you need to make sure that it doesn’t restrict your movement.

What do I bring?
Yoga mat or towel, a bottle of water, small cushion if needed for sitting and a small blanket or shawl for relaxation. I have a limited number of spare mats if required.

This includes illness, work, family, transport strikes, bad weather, holidays, missed classes or any other reasons payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bring a friend offer is only available to those who bring new clients, not existing who have attended a class before. It is not existing clients that want to share.
